Service at times fell short, with inconsistencies in staff responsiveness and issues like delayed food orders that detracted from the experience.

The culinary delights here are top-notch! I couldn't get enough of the Italian and Japanese restaurants—absolutely epic! Plus, the breakfast spread blows my mind with local flavors! The spa experience was rejuvenating. the massage specialist worked magic. Traveling with the fam, the variety of activities kept us entertained!
Had a few hiccups with service—like waiting ages for in-room requests and taxi service. A couple of times, I waited for breakfast coffee that never made it to the table.

We spent 8 nights in a Cap Family Suite, and the views were stunning! The pool area was perfect for relaxation with plenty of sun loungers and a beautiful beach access just steps away. The only hiccup was that the TV was a bit small for the spacious room, but everything else was top-notch, totally recommend trying the breakfast buffet! 🌞

I arrived for a six-night stay and appreciated how smooth the parking and valet services were. The breakfast had many options, which made it easy to start my days. I enjoyed the kids' club while my family relaxed by the pool. As a single traveler who loves art, I also appreciated the occasional art exhibits displayed around the hotel.

Couple looking for luxury
I gotta tell you, this place surprised me. From the very moment we showed up, the staff was great, especially Joanna and Nikolas, they hooked us up with a fantastic room upgrade. The sunset views at the restaurant were lovely. Dining there with the warm breeze and delicious food just made it the epitome of relaxation.
It wasn't cheap, but still, nothing to complain about.
